how do i upgrade a speed 5100b firmware?

Hi, my name is Ivan, i'm from Paraguay
Well, at first, i needed a software suitable for windows server 2008. I downloaded it, in fact, i installed it without any troubles at all.
The thing is that when i try to connect to the server from a speed 5100b terminal, the following error jumps
"THE CLIENT FIRMWARE IS UNSUPPORTED BY TERMINAL SERVER SOFTWARE".

So, my question is where do i get a new firmware and what are the steps for upgrading a speed 5100b terminal firmware..
